Ans:Application supports major browsers like IE,Mozilla,Chrome etc.
Q.2:Is login required to search property transaction data?
Ans:Yes.
Q.3:How to create new login ID?
Ans:Please follow the below steps:
1:Click on create new account 2:Enter name,address,mobile no.,occupation,date of birth,email Id,PAN,User id 3:Click on verify button to verify the user ID already exist or not 4:If message 'success' appears enter the password else choose another user ID 5:Enter the code appeares on screen 6:Click on submit button 7:If message 'Registered Successfully..Click on login button for login' appears then your account is created. 8:Note your User Id and password for further use.
Q.4:What to do if you forgot your password?
Ans:Please follow the below steps:
1:Click on forget password button 2:Enter your existing user ID,PAN,date of birth 3:Enter new password 4:Enter the code appeares on screen 5:Click on submit button 6:If message 'Password Change Successfully..Click on login link for login' then your password is changed 7:Click on login link and on login screen enter your existing user ID and new password.
Q.5:How can I change my password?
Ans:Ans:Please follow the below steps:
1:Click on change password link after successful login 2:Enter your existing user ID,PAN,date of birth 3:Enter new password 4:Enter the code appeares on screen 5:Click on submit button 6:If message 'Password Change Successfully..Click on login link for login' then your password is changed 7:Click on login link and on login screen enter your existing user ID and new password.

Ans:Please follow the below steps:
1:Enter user ID,password 2:Enter the code appears on screen 3:Click on submit button for login.
Q.7:What is the fee structure for search?
Ans:1:For search by cts/survey/gat/plot/flat etc. fee is((Count of years)*25, minimum Rs 300/-.).
2:For search by document number fee is Rs.25.
3:For download document fee is Rs.100.
Q.8:How to make payment for search?
Ans:Please follow the below steps:
1:After successful login click on make new payment button 2:Enter the amount. 3:Click on confirm button and then submit button 4:Government Payment Portal(GRAS) will apear 5:Select your bank and click on proceed for payment 6:GRN (Govt. Receipt Number) will be generated then click on ok button 7: enter your Bank Login ID and Password 8.After online payment you will be redirected to eSearch login page 9.After login click on getgrn link to get GRN and bank CIN.10: Click on view challan to generate challan(you can only view challan when GRN and bank CIN both are present. 11: In case bank CIN is not present click on verify transaction and then update CIN even if cin is not present then payment from bank may be under process.
Note:1.Payment will be accepted only if done through eSearch only. 2.Amount of two challans will not be clubbed together for availing eSearch services.
Q.9:How to take search using search by property details?
Ans:Please follow the below steps:
1:Select District 2:Enter minimum three characters in english for your desired area 3:Click on submit button 4:Select the area from drop down list.5:Enter cts/survey/gat/plot/flat etc. number(only numeric numbers are allowed) 6:Click on proceed for payment button. 7:Enter your GRN and amount and department ID printed on GRAS challan 8:Click on submit button (your payment will be verified here) 9:Click on download button (your PC need to have MS-Excel installed) (Search result will take few minutes to show result) 10:Search result will be available as downloaded file 11:Save file on your pc 12:To view the excel file marathi data properly, apply mangal font. 12:Click on reciept button to view the reciept for your current search along with payment deducted as per fee structure.Take print of this reciept for further use.
Q.10:Which documents are not available in search result?
Ans:1:Power of attorney 2:Will deed.
Q.11:How take search using search by document number?
Ans:Please follow the below steps:
1:Select district 2:Select SRO 3:Select year 4: Enter document number 5:Click on search button. 6:Enter your GRN and amount and department ID printed on GRAS challan 7:Click on submit button (your payment will be verified here) and search result  is available on screen and receipt will automatically generated on another window.payment deducted as per fee structure.Take print of this reciept for further use. 8:Click on IndexII button to view the IndexII it will be generated on another window. 9:To request document for download click on request document button. 10:The document search ID will be generated 10:Note this number for document download.
Q.12:How to download document?
Ans:Please follow the below steps:
1:Enter document search ID generated through search by document number. 2:Click on download button. 3:Enter your GRN and amount and department ID printed on GRAS challan 4:Click on submit button(your payment will be verified here) 5:Click on download button 6:Document will be available as downloaded file 7:Save file on your pc 8:Click on reciept button to view the reciept for your current search along with payment deducted as per fee structure.Take print of this reciept for further use.
Q.13:Which documents are available for download?
Ans:The documents for the offices mentioned in office list (excluding  1:Power of attorney 2:Will deed.) are only available for download.
Q.14:How to view the downloaded document? 
Ans:The downloaded document can be best viewed through http://www.docspal.com/viewer.
Q.15:Village name is not showing in select village dropdownlist?
Ans:e.g.:Try Daadar instead of Dadar,Maazgaon instead of Mazgaon, Aambivali instead of Ambivali etc.
Q.16:What is search echallan?
Ans:Search echallan button is for showing transaction on GRN.
Q.17:What happens with the scenario, payment get deducted but search result file not downloaded?
Ans:Scenario1 : Application or Network Problem : You can try again with same search parameter and same GRN Details.The payment will not be deducted twice.
Scenario2 : Result not available with available data : In such case payment will be deducted and appropriate message about non availablity of data is shown.
You can do physical search in concerned offices using same fee(for physical search please carry search reciept along with concerned GRAS challan.)
Q.18:In case I forgot user id, can I use online payment made by previous user id with new user ID ?
Ans: No.
Q.19:what about the fee deduction in case of download document ?
Ans: In case the document is available, then and then only download fee will be deducted
Q.20:Why search by property number shows result more than expected for particular attribute?
Ans: Search by property searches the data based on ctsno.,srno.,gatno.,plotno.,flatno. etc so the result is more than expected. You can pick up the correct data from excel
Q.21:Why printed challan is showing Location as Pune and Officename as 'PND1_JT DISTT REGISTRAR PUNE URBAN'?
Ans: This is done for administrative purpose.
Q.22:How to download 1985-2001/Manual offices scanned documents?
Ans:Please follow below steps : 1: Select district. 2: Select SRO. 3: Select year. 4: Enter document number. 5: Click on Request Document button. You will get Request Id. Enter this Request Id under Download Document option to download the document, if available on central storage.
